Opened in December of 2019, our restaurant has rapidly become a favorite due to our fun flair and fresh, diverse menu. You’ll never have to worry about this restaurant not being large enough for your posse, as we have a banquet room upstairs that can accommodate up to 180 guests. Our restaurant is the perfect place for your next corporate meeting, wedding reception, birthday, anniversary, or graduation. Your guests will love our specially themed menus, including Cowboy BBQ Cookout, Country Fried Chicken Dinner, Cowboy Burger Bar. The Cowboy Capital Saloon & Grill is open daily for lunch and dinner. See the past come alive in our unique twist on an Old West saloon and steakhouse. Our Dodge City family restaurant is housed in a historic early 1900s mercantile building, which adds to the authentic Old West experience. A Word to Our Patrons About Our COVID-19 Response

At The Cowboy Capital Saloon & Grill, it is our goal to do everything we can to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our staff and patrons. Here are the items we have adopted in both guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as our local and state health departments:
  • Automatic and hand pump sanitizer stations set up throughout the restaurant
  • Monthly COVID-19 sanitized fogging on the premises
  • Masks are worn by all staff members while in the facility
  • Thorough cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance schedules followed
  • 6’ table distancing throughout the facility with markings on the floors and physical barriers
  • Large gatherings monitored and approved by party size with local restrictions when necessary
